Therapy isn’t about fixing what’s broken. It’s about understanding what hurts and learning new ways to care for it.

In our sessions, we’ll gently notice your thoughts, emotions, and body responses, and explore how they’re connected.
We’ll look at patterns that once kept you safe but now feel limiting, and practice new ways of being that bring more calm and clarity.

I work exclusively with adults (18+)
And offer both short-term focused therapy and longer-term exploratory work, depending on your goals.
Individual therapy sessions
Individual sessions last 50 minutes and can be held online (secure video) or in-person in my Sydney clinic.
The standard fee is $160 per session.
Cognitive behavioral & EMDR therapy
Evidence-based approach to help you identify and change negative thought patterns.

What if I don’t know what to talk about?
That’s completely okay. We can start wherever you are, even with the silence or confusion. Sometimes the quiet itself shows us where the work begins.

How long does therapy take?
There’s no fixed timeline. Some people come for a few months, others for a longer journey. We’ll find a rhythm that fits your needs and goals.

What if I’m nervous to start therapy?
Most people are. It’s normal to feel unsure. Opening up takes courage. You don’t have to have it all figured out; you just have to show up, and we’ll go from there.

Do you offer online sessions?
Yes. I offer secure video sessions for clients across Cross Nest, Sydney. Some find online therapy even more comfortable, as it allows you to show up from your own safe space.
